VISA ASSISTANCE SERVICE AGREEMENT

This Visa Assistance Service Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the visa support services provided by Aytizon Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”), a limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 16594737, with registered office at 167-169 Great Portland Street, London W1W 5PF. By requesting or purchasing our visa assistance services, you (“the Client”) agree to the terms set out in this Agreement.
 
1. Description of Service
We provide administrative assistance to travellers applying for tourist visas to Canada or the United Kingdom.
Our service may include:
Providing general information about visa requirements
Assisting with completing visa application forms
Reviewing the documents you provide
Uploading or submitting documents where permitted
Guiding you through the application process
Booking biometrics appointments (when possible)
Tracking application status where allowed
 
2. Not Immigration Advice
We are not authorised immigration advisers under the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999.
We do not provide:
Legal advice
Immigration advice
Eligibility assessments
Representation in appeals or legal matters
Our service is strictly administrative and informational.
If you require immigration advice, you must consult an authorised immigration adviser or qualified immigration solicitor.
 
3. Client Responsibilities
You agree that:
All information you provide must be truthful, accurate, and complete
You are solely responsible for:
Meeting visa eligibility requirements
Providing all required documents
Paying all government fees
Attending biometrics appointments, interviews, or medical exams
Any incorrect or incomplete information may result in:
Delays
Requests for additional evidence
Visa refusal
We accept no responsibility for issues resulting from incorrect, missing, or misleading information provided by you.
 
4. Government Decisions and Processing Times
Visa approval is not guaranteed.
 
We have no control over:
Application approval or refusal
Government decision-making
Processing times
Additional document requests
Visa conditions, validity period, or restrictions
Changes in immigration laws or requirements
No refunds will be provided if:
Your visa application is refused
Processing is delayed
Additional documents are requested
Government fees change
 
5. Fees & Payment
5.1 Our Service Fees
Our fees cover administrative support only and do not include:
Government visa application fees
Biometrics fees
Courier or mailing charges
Translation services
Travel costs
Medical examination fees
Any other costs imposed by government authorities
5.2 Payment Terms
Fees are due at the time of service request
Fees are non-refundable once work has begun
Payments are processed securely through authorised payment providers (e.g., Visa, Mastercard, PayPal)
 
6. Document Handling
We assist in preparing and submitting documents, but:
We do not create false or misleading documents
We will not submit applications containing fraudulent information
We may decline service if we believe the information provided is inaccurate or unethical
Documents submitted by you remain your responsibility.
 
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
Visa refusals
Delays in processing
Losses resulting from incorrect information supplied by you
Changes to immigration rules
Any financial loss related to travel bookings made before visa approval
Missed flights, accommodation, or events due to visa issues
Decisions made by government agencies
Force majeure events
Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for our visa assistance service.
 
8. Refund Policy
Refunds will not be issued if:
The government refuses your visa
There are delays in processing
You change your travel plans
You cancel after work has begun
You provide incorrect or incomplete information
Refunds are only available if no work whatsoever has been carried out at the time of cancellation.
 
9. Confidentiality & Data Protection
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We handle sensitive documents (passports, IDs, financial statements, etc.) securely and only share them with visa authorities when required.
 
10. Client Conduct
You agree to communicate respectfully with our staff.
We reserve the right to terminate the service without refund if:
You behave abusively or inappropriately
You request fraudulent or unethical actions
You submit knowingly false information
 
11. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be handled exclusively by the courts of England and Wales.
